Corporate Order - Frequently Asked Questions


The B2B e-commerce platform is for the exclusive use of approved corporate clients. Non-profit organizations and charities may also be eligible to use the online platform.

In order to receive access to purchase on the online platform, each business will go through the registration process. Each application will be carefully reviewed by Ivanhoé Cambridge and a follow-up email will be sent 1 to 2 business days following the reception of the completed form.

In order to create an account each corporate client must go through the registration form. Each business must have a valid Corporation Number, Business Number or GST | HST Number.

A due diligence exercise is performed by Ivanhoé Cambridge to verify the validity of each account prior to approving it.

Corporate clients can buy for a total daily maximum of $5,000 dollars. Other restrictions may also apply based on platform usage frequency, information provided during registration and additional controls established on the platform.

The platform is for the exclusive use of corporate clients for their business needs. Recommended usage includes motivating your employees and strengthening business relations.


Approved corporate customers can purchase e-gift cards on the platform and send them by email to recipients of their choice. The recipients will receive a code by email that they will have to exchange at the in-mall Guest Services kiosk of a participating Ivanhoé Cambridge shopping centre for a physical gift card. The physical gift card can then be used at participating retailers in Ivanhoé Cambridge shopping centres nationwide. However, it cannot be used as a payment method for online orders.

The gift card can be purchased in various denominations ranging from $25 to $1,000. As well, you can choose a custom denomination within that range.

Yes, you can purchase gift cards in bulk, as long as the total daily expenditure does not exceed $5,000.

Once you complete your order, there are no refunds or purchase cancellations possible.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Only Canadian, American and French credit cards are accepted.

Each e-gift card can be personalised with a message and a delivery date. Gift cards can be sent to multiple recipients at once in a transaction.

Yes, you can customize the delivery date to each recipient in the “customize your gift cards” step of the purchase process.

The e-gift cards can be

  1. Sent to the sender’s email;
  2. Sent to multiple recipients’ emails;
  3. Retrieved in the sender’s account online.

Yes, please allow a delay of a few minutes between the moment that the order is placed and the availability of the cards in your account.


Yes, once you reach the threshold of $2,000 in a single transaction, you will see a 2% discount automatically applied to your transaction.

The Business Advantage Reward program is only applicable to purchases made in-mall. In-mall purchases cannot be combined to online purchases. However, the online B2B platform offers a 2% instant discount at the minimum purchase of $2,000 in a single transaction.


Once the e-gift card has been transferred to a physical gift card, it can be used to purchase items from participating retailers located in any one of the participating Ivanhoé Cambridge’s shopping centres. For the full list of shopping centres, click here.

From your account, the PDF containing the gift card code can either be

  1. printed and gifted to the intended recipient in person;
  2. sent as an attachment by email.
