⚠️More information on the temporary closure of online shopping
We wanted to let you know about some changes happening on our shopping centres online gift card platforms.
- Temporary Closure of Online Gift Card: The online gift card purchase platform will be unavailable for a little while. This means online gift card purchases will be on hold until further notice.
- In-Mall Gift Card Purchases: Don’t worry! You can still purchase gift cards in person at your selected center during this time.
- Exchange of Online Gift Cards: If you recently bought a gift card online, no problem. You can exchange it for a physical card at your selected center.
- Keep Using Plastic Cards: Your existing plastic gift cards can still be used at all our participating stores. So, you can continue to shop hassle-free.
- Gift Card Expiration: Remember, the funds on your gift card and the e-gift code never expire. But, the plastic gift card itself has an expiration date set for 5 years from the printed date. Before it expires, you can get a free replacement card by calling customer service at the number on the card.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. We’re working hard to make our online shopping experience even better, so stay tuned for updates regarding the reopening of our online gift card platform.
